Eye Associates is giving back

Helping others is a fundamental principle of Medicine and teaching our colleagues is a fundamental tenet of the fraternity of doctors.

At Eye Associates we are proud of the work we do to give back our knowledge and skills to the Community, not just in Australia, but around the World.

From establishing teaching programs throughout South East Asia and support groups in Australia to leading international Charities such as the Hollows Foundation or the World Glaucoma Association, our doctors spend an enormous portion of their time giving back, to make the world a little better for those in need. Our staff support and contribute to these initiatives both in the rooms and in the field.

If you were wondering why the appointment periods so some doctors are limited, it is because they are usually travelling the world or the outback, examining patients, operating, teaching or participating in meetings.

While COVID has caused the travel to stop, they continue all their teaching and collaborative activities online, not infrequently in the middle of the night when the audience is in Europe or the Americas!
